Our company ethos here at Scout 22 is that both compassion and capitalism can co-exist and there is no better example of that than our client, Copper Branch, who just became the largest plant-based restaurant chain in the world. They are about to open their 50th location and will be expanding into the United States and Western Europe from Canada this year and throughout 2020. In fact, they plan to have 200 Copper Branch restaurants around the world by the end of 2020.

Not only is the chain, run by Rio Infantino and his son, Andrew, bringing delicious, certified organic, non-GMO plant-based options to health-conscious consumers around the world, but they have also partnered with the Rainforest Trust to help preserve fragile and vital rainforest lands around the world. Through this partnership, Copper Branch estimates they have saved over 1,075 acres of rainforest lands. To us, they epitomize the term, Conscious Capitalism.
